Recipe – Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Want a macro friendly version of an old favorite? We have it here for you! The combination of honey, cinnamon, and applesauce makes a nice glaze for pork chops. Enjoy these with rice, using the pan juices as a gravy.

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

4 extra-lean pork chops or pork cutlets, well trimmed about 150g each

2 tablespoons of honey

57g applesauce
